Featuring: Tujaque’s Executive Chef Tom Robey
Chef Robey was born in Ocean City, New Jersey and attended Johnson and Wales University for CulinaryArts. He joined the Commander’s family in 1991, spending several years at the original landmark and opening prominent projects such as Foodies Kitchen and Commander’s Palace-Las Vegas for the company. At the Verdana on Highlands, in Birmingham, Alabama, he served five years as the Executive Chef. He joined the Tujague’s team in July of 2018, and we are excited to have such an accomplished culinary professional in our midst.
